Came in because i was told your store had a road force wheel balancer, i have a f450 on 19.5 wheels. That balancer is the only to get them right. I offered to pay extra because i know debeading and rotating the tire on the rim **** and your tech should get paid. When i left i have a mild vibration still, when i looked at the tires and wheels from under the truck. None show signs of the full process. No marks from soap. No chalk lines. Nothing.

I had a 9:15 appointment and didn’t get out of there until 11:15 for an oil change. I don’t appreciate your hidden charges for “ materials” and oil disposal. Just include them in the price so there are no surprises. Also, who ever worked on my car was smoking in my car. I don’t smoke so it was not a pleasant surprise to get in my car and smell the unpleasant oder.

My arrival to quick Lane was around nine and my departure was after one pm. The only issue was I was not informed of the length of time and not ask if I needed shuttle home and back upon completing the work.
