She was exceptional there was a problem at the cashier and long line and she saw me standing there waiting she took the time to come over and get my keys for me and processed me out. I wish more people were like her very kind and considerate and concerned. I want to thank her once again for everything she did for me.

I had a very bad experience.\n I came in for a simple oil change.\n The next morning, it was transmission fluoride all over the driveway. Instead someone explaining what happened.They said that the truck was old anyway and pretty much tried to sell me something new. There was no transmission fluid, leaking, or any issues with my transmission before I came into that shop.

Timothy’s over 20 years of dealership experience really shined through for me He took the time to explain how a premier warranty was beneficial which I bought he helped me into a rental he updated me daily regarding the care of my vehicle he explained the work being done on my vehicle in words I can understand and when the warranty company tried to bite back he fought for me and got me covered Sutton Ford has Superstars for employees!!

Brian was good with keeping me informed. However I had to bring the car back because the mechanic didn’t put the door panel on correctly the first time. It shouldn’t have been let out of the shop like that in the first place.
