The company gave him the wrong address but when he contacted me I told him where he needed to be and he was really chill about it all. We shared some laughs and he said he would be at my house soon. When he got there everything was taken care of in less than 6 seconds. He's a good employee. Good with people. He knows how to talk to them. You should give him a raise after all that driving.

Melissa, was the absolute best! Was able to make an appointment super fast, she was soo nice and made sure my issue was addressed extremely quickly. She kept me updated through text, and my vehicle was in and out very fast, but her customer service was probably the best I’ve experienced at a dealership, Sutton ford is my new home for service, and she’s my number one to deal with!

I had to bring my car in instead of the mobile service I scheduled. I was charged “miscellaneous” fee which was not listed on the coupon I used. I was told the rebate would be added and all I would pay for the service was 29.99, not have to mail out for the rebate. The cashier lost my key and after almost 15-20 minutes of searching I was late for a client meeting. The cashier had an attitude about me disputing the $9.43 charge and insisted she never had the key. Ultimately I had to be dropped off, and 15 min later my key was found under her desk.
