I’m not sure if not locking car doors while vehicle is on the lot, not being serviced, is a standard practice, but it always seems to be the case. I definitely have an issue with that. It’s a small step to secure a person’s property with the key in their hand— the same way service and dealer employees secure their personal cars on the lot. The same way the new & used vehicles are secured on the lot.

I always receive excellent service when I come into Ford for car service Brian is an excellent customer service guy . he is very knowledgeable. Very thorough. He gets the job done. you have a very excellent service department. It makes it worth the wait .

Only thing wrong is why make appts if my car isn't taken till 45 mins past appt time.maybe a courtesy call like hey we are running behind come 15 mins later....

Bryan took the time to listen to my concerns. He was thorough in suggesting services needed but didn't push anything on me. I enjoy bringing my car to Sutton for service, the team.is very personable. Lively conversation, and makes the wait time go by quickly. The service prices are the prices, however my work is warranties and I leave confident my car has been repaired with confidence & quality.

Mechanic was very detailed what is best to remove wheel lugs and suggested switching from one type lugs which would be best. Gloria was very great employee by constantly assisting me on other things like warranty on tires suggested best affordable as well... Sutton Ford has a great staff that I can tell Y Sutton Ford countless Outstanding Awards... I will recommended Sutton Fords to others in the future.. Me Sutton Ford gained another Loyal Customer
