this is Ron Rogers. My vehicle is a Ford 250 diesel. I took it in for service. Timothy was very pleasant in conversation getting right down to business asking me what I needed and what they would provide. I’ve been with SUTTON, for quite a while. I purchased my vehicle there. It’s a 2015. I love my big old truck and it’s a pleasure to know that someone else cares about it as much as I do Timothy was to the point accurate and his prompt as possible a credit to the SUTTON, business God bless you all take care. I love my big old truck. Thank you for taking care of it. If I have any problems, I’ll take it to Timothy and I am sure and very confident that it will be handled properly promptly and efficiently. I got my windshield replaced due to a sizable crack. Over the weekend,I heard a rattling sound coming from the drivers side towards the base of the new windshield. I called Tim Tuesday morning and he had the appointment setter contact me right away. I brought the car in and Timothy found the problem right away. I really appreciate the great service that he gives with a smile. He's very professional and personable. I highly recommend him and Sutton Ford to EVERYONE !!!
