I drove from your shop to Robinson and all of the same service lights came back on. This, after just paying $3,500.00 to repair. I am extremely frustrated. I brought to a Toyota Dealership as I thought I'd be getting the absolute best of the best and the issue with my car would have been properly diagnosed and repaired. I am currently recovering from shoulder surgery and not receiving a paycheck so this was a hard hit, and it's not even fixed?!! I will be contacting the mechanic (Michael) in the morning, as he had left when I called earlier when the codes popped back up. Currently extremely dissatisfied abd frustrated. Hoping this situation can be remedied appropriately asap. This is my only vehicle and needed very badly!

Painful experience. It took over four hours to complete an inspection, oil change and tire rotation and realized that they charged me for the tire rotation and did not complete the service. On a positive note, Jeff the Service Manager was very helpful, understanding and made it right.

Very pleased with the quality of service on my Toyota RAV4. Inspection +10,000 mile check up Al took place less than an hour and a half.

My issue is not with the service representative per se. It is with the service itself. It took 2.5 hours to do a state inspection. This seems excessive and had I known I would have made arrangements to leave my vehicle and pick it up later.
