I got a flat tire two hours from my final destination, and y’all were able to take care of it, and let my dog hang out while we waited, and made what could have been a very stressful situation easy and smooth.

I really appreciate being able to get an appointment at 1:00 pm. I am 74 and it is a 40 minute drive one way to Palmiero. If I leave too early I can get so sleepy in the afternoon that it is difficult to drive home. Sometimes I do not fall asleep until 5 am. I really need to sleep late on those days. I c an not know ahead of time. So I just do not make early appointments. I am a good driver. But part of that is knowing my limitations. So I really appreciate getting an appointment in the afternoon. Thank you so much. I was pleased with the service.

The work was fine. Getting in touch with the service team to find the status was frustrating. I called three times first around 3:00, left a message. No return call. Called again at 3:30, got the answering machine again, hung up. Called back at 4:00, asked not to be transferred, was on hold for 10 minutes before someone answered and advised the car was done but they were too busy to get the paperwork done and advise me it was ready. It’s nice to get a loaner, but I live 30 min away, and hopped to get oil changed before 5:00.

Palmerio is always good Never have a problem I just really didn’t like how Toyota is replacing the multimedia system with refurbished ones on an obviously new car, I feel it should have been a new system put in. It would be understandable if they are doing a software update but that is not what I was told if it is the problem and Toyota has to do the update. We will see how this goes and if it does not go bad again, I will be ok with it .
