My experience was with Blake, not Jeff Moser. Blake was patient, helpful and understanding. We made Blake’s job more difficult by not having the new PA registration ready for the inspection. Blake managed it all perfectly.

My comment is concerning the process to get service performed. I bought my first new Camry last year. 1st time in for service, Found the service center and was told to wait in the lounge, then I started getting text messages from the service provider?? Video of my car?? then a checklist?? Luckily had my phone! I finally went to the desk to ask if my car was ready?? I left confused. Yesterday’s service was the same, I finally went to the desk and asked how the process works, I was just told my tires may need changed soon, but nothing about the process???? You should maybe ask if customers are familiar with how everything works. You are getting ahead of a lot of people and assume they are tech savvy. You still have many years to go before all are familiar with technology.Very poor customer service in my opinion. And I still don’t know how it works??? Maybe ask the question, “are you familiar with how this works”!!! Kind of basic courtesy. As far as the work, I never saw the tech or talked to them, everything happened behind closed doors. Please know I am not alone in my concerns. Thank you Gary G
