The check in process and updates were great. Mary was friendly and informative. The communication aspect was definitely helpful. However, the prices are absolutely crazy! I do not understand how you can charge so much more than other garages. I understand parts and labor can be expensive but I’ve never heard a price anywhere compared to that for brakes and rotors. I found someone to do it for half of the quote! I would prefer to keep my business with you but that seems like it will not be able to happen in the future.

My window is working now. However, disappointed in the clean up and lack of pride taken in the job. I have large and clear dirty hands prints on my window from install/fixing employee that did not get cleaned up. I also have dirt marks on the inside door of my vehicle that were not cleaned up from install. I take pride in my vehicle and feel you should present that to your customers. This has been an ongoing problem for this location for years. I hope to see it change. Thanks
