The service department is very pleasant. They contacted me with some things that needed to be taken care of .They finished my car on time and I am coming back on Wednesday for some additional work. I highly recommend the service department as well as the dealership.Thank you so much .

Jeff M was notified of the drivability issue that Julie had with the vehicle. Jeff listened and asked questions to help identify the potential issues, and on a subsequent call advised the could perform software updates which seemed to be the issues. Jeff was extremely responsive when we described our logistic issues and directly addressed an appointment in short order. The vehicle feels much more responsive. Thank you so much. ⭐️ x5

Communication was very poor with the service department. There was little to no explanation of your guys's system / app whatever you use when you send a text or updates. This is my first Toyota and overall I'm not impressed with Toyota themselves. This dealership I give a "C" rating Staff - April, Blake, and Mary very friendly. I had to continually being the one reaching out for updates on my vehicle. The issue was finally resolved and I'm extremely grateful for that. It was extremely tedious and a stressful time while getting this issue resolved.

We got the extended warranty and our ac broke . Warranty covered replacement of the liquid line to the rear unit . Mechanic recommended replacement of both lines so we had to pay for the second line 628$ . We agreed but after thinking about it I said that's outrageous for one line . Checked online and found them for under 200 . Called another Toyota dealer and ask for a price 180$ . Talked to Blake and told him what I found . He gave me a senior discount but bill was 569 . Both line as quoted by the other dealer were less than my bill ! Feel like I paid for the parts and you did the labor for free . Not the story I was given when sold the extended warranty. They told us bumper to bumper coverage. 569 is outrageous for a 180 $ part . Blake said the part was 300 and something so I guess you have a 100% markup? We bought this car a year ago in February and told them it never blew cold cold air . Don't feel Luke you value your customers. My son just bought a brand new grand highlander from you and I'll be telling him about my experience also .
