It was very difficult to reach your services department. You get main gal that answers for your whole business then you are transferred to service dept. Multiple times when I was transferred it went to some kind of answering service and was to leave a message. I did and didn’t get a call back so I gave up trying. A week later I tried again and after two times I got someone. Not a good experience.

If April Sterling is the person who checked me out after service completion, my satisfaction is high. This is due primarily to the thoroughness of her information provided about the ongoing safety notice issue over the battery hold-down device in RAV4's. If April Sterling is the person who checked me in at the start of my service appointment, then I would have to retract my compliments, as this (different) person did not provide a thorough response to my same question about RAV4 batteries.
