Dropped off vehicle at 8:45 am, didn’t hear from anyone and i was checking the text message link and couldn’t see any updates in it. it wasn’t till i stopped in at 3:50 pm to learn new tires were recommended but not required. i think you were waiting on me and if i had called earlier in the day, i probably would have purchased the tires.

It is an odd experience to enter the service department and not immediately get greeted. One stands there until someone looks up and offers to help. I would recommend a policy wherein entering customers are at least greeted and told someone will be with them shortly.
