Staff accidentally drained the battery when receiving the car from towing service last Thursday. This turned off the dash warning lights and cleared all codes. They then kept the car for a week but failed to notice that the hybrid system battery was not properly discharging during test drives and returned the car without diagnosing problem. Dash warning lights came back on within ten miles of me picking the car up. I have returned it to the service parking lot and am awaiting a proper diagnosis.

I left the car for service at 7:45am did get a loner. At 4:30pm the car still needed to be worked on. I did not leave there until after 5pm. I think they should have had ample time to have the car ready much sooner. Was my car pushed aside just because it was left.

We Are Alaskans traveling through PA and needed some work done on our aged RAV4. Your service department staff were wonderful. We were able to get scheduled in a timely manner. The check-in staff were friendly and efficient. The texts we used to communicate with technicians worked well. We had a great experience at your dealership. Would happily use your services again if we are in the Meadville area.

I didn't talk to Matthew but I did talk to Jeff. He was head of the service department. We did not hit it off right away but Jeff went out of his way to make sure that it was okay with me. I was very frustrated and upset because I needed my vehicle for the end of the summer Labor Day Holiday. They were not able to get my van done for that but they provided a loaner free of charge and delivered it to my house 45 minutes away from the dealership. I was so thankful for Jeff and the way he took care of me. Also Josh who did the installation for my modification on my vehicle was very attentive and really cared about his job you could tell. He did a great job and I look forward to using the modification that was added to my vehicle for a very long time. They gave me my life back. Thank you so much to all of the staff that was involved with the adaptive modification for my vehicle including Dan Marvin the salesman

Why did it take all day to do an oil change? This is unacceptable. Why didn’t Jeff Moser respond to my text? Unacceptable next time I will have an appointment even if I drop it off and expect it to be done in a reasonable amount of time
