I dropped my car off at 7:15 Tuesday, August 26 and headed back after work at 3, I live in Franklin, and never thought that perhaps it wouldn't be done, I guess they were just pulling it in. My car was done Thursday afternoon. I wasn't able to pick it up until Friday after work. I do appreciate being able to use a borrowed car however it complicated things a little.

I have had my second appointment this month for Braun service with Jeff Moser. He does not have enough respect for my time or the absolute need I have for my wheelchair accessible van. The last time we were there,, a one day job turned into three, one of which he was not even in the shop for and my van sat all day for no reason. This most recent appointment he was waiting for a call from Braun, never told me it was going to take longer than the hour and a half he quoted, and left the building so when I went up hours later to find out what was up with my van that left the rest of the service department trying to figure out what to do. This appointment also made me late for work and I had to reschedule so I have yet a third trip down for the same issue. I don’t have the choice of accepting a loaner because I absolutely need my van for any and all transport of my son who uses a wheelchair. Communication and timelines could definitely improve. But I will be back because I don’t know of anywhere else to take my van for this service. But everyone else there has been quite helpful and professional.
