I like how Matthew came to get me when my car was done. I do appreciate the time that he took and made sure I understood my bill and anything else. Ask if I had any questions. I asked if someone could help me program my RAV with my phone. He told me someone would be out to help me. Was very professional and I appreciated it.

The tire light was on inside the car. Today’s service was a tire rotation and 35,000 mile service check. The tire pressure was low in the spare tire and light remained on after car was serviced.

Service was on-point… but my question is that having been greeted by Matt Izbinski and later, checked out also by Matt… but in between I hear from a Kimberly Christie, a Service Advisor (?) for my vehicle. Yet I don’t believe that I met her.regarding my Highlander. Just wondering? John F

I tried the new text technology and was successful using it but will not use it next time because I would prefer a phone call as per what needs to be done to our vehicle. Also this time when the vital fluids were tested we did not get to see the card to look at the results ourselves. We were assured it passed and I trust Palmeiro, but we just like to be more involved in the care of our vehicles.

Great service. Pleasant personnel. Nice waiting area. Only one recommendation for improvement. On each of the several maintenance visits, Palmiero has never up-dated the owner’s maintenance record book. For each visit I have left the book out. Each maintenance task listed there is a place for a “Dealer completion certification” signature/date.
