As always - wonderful experience. I had the opportunity to hear several Palmiero staff working with some challenging situations with customers & everyone of them went above & beyond…they were very patient & professional. One gentlemen didn’t have his insurance information but they allowed him space & time to work through it…another had special equipment in his van & it was not something they could take care of but they ensured he had all the necessary information to get it serviced, let him know of places that could assist & provided the specific details of the issue as they saw it. So kind!

Although I felt the new computer system where I was sent a text showing me everything wrong with my car was informative, I was disappointed that I had to call and talk to the technician if I had a question. I feel that the technician should always call just to make sure there are no questions. Also, I got a loaner and I think the technician should at least show a person where the gas tank lever is. Took me a while to find it so I can put gas in the it.

He got me an appointment super fast when my seatbelt stopped working. I was able to get a loaner and the service was done really quickly. He let me know what was needed through the new automated system, which works really well, especially since I can’t answer my phone most of the day, but I can reply by texting. Superior service!
