Not sure how but my registration was not up to date and he made it so simple to fix and was not put out by my mistake… I appreciate the non- judgemental fast help… was embarrassed however that happened… even my ins card had not been sent to me and we took care of that quickly… what was an embarrassing event turned into a very politely fixable moment… I appreciate the no judgemental attitude….????????

I’m not completely dissatisfied. I’m just a little confused. I brought my car in beachside my left front tire was leaking air. You put a plug in it. When I picked up my car I didn’t have a tire light on. But later in the evening it came back on. So I guess I’ll have to call Monday.

My initial appointment was for the morning and when I informed them that it would be dropped off & my husband would pick it up when he was done working I was told that would be good. When my husband went there at 3pm, my vehicle wasn’t even in the garage yet! So now, my husband with his help had to proceed home, & now my schedule had to change in order to pick up the vehicle when it was done at 5pm! THIS is not acceptable in my opinion. What is the sense of making a morning appointment. Your service team took serious advantage of my vehicle being ‘dropped off’. That was for MY convenience, NOT yours.
