My initial appointment was for the morning and when I informed them that it would be dropped off & my husband would pick it up when he was done working I was told that would be good. When my husband went there at 3pm, my vehicle wasn’t even in the garage yet! So now, my husband with his help had to proceed home, & now my schedule had to change in order to pick up the vehicle when it was done at 5pm! THIS is not acceptable in my opinion. What is the sense of making a morning appointment. Your service team took serious advantage of my vehicle being ‘dropped off’. That was for MY convenience, NOT yours.

Highly recommended. Lifetime oil changes and PA inspections. Palmiero does not push extra services and costs.

Bought our Prius in 2016 ( interest free loan) and have faithfully had it serviced with you. Your staff including Kim have been very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and have gone the extra mile on several occasions. We now own our car and we hope to keep it in good working order for at least another 150,000 miles! Thank you all so much for being able to be a local face for an international mega corporation!!
