To be honest, Kyle provides exceptional customer service and is extremely knowledgeable.
I request him whenever my vehicle needs service.
In my opinion he is a person of value who should be compensated for his professionalism.
I plan on purchasing a new vehicle in the near future and would highly consider Airpark Dodge knowing that Kyle is there.
I am satisfied with working with Richard Small. He was not pushy in suggesting I have more work done on my car. He was very good about getting me a ride home and back to the dealership. The software on the panel was totally OFF. No one checked on that…you need improvement before releasing a car that has been worked on.
my service manager Richard is a great example of professionalism.
The lack of communication was very frustrating. And when I tried to call to check on my vehicle the service department never picked up. After leaving multiple messages on VM I called main number and asked to speak to someone in management. I finally was able to convince them to connect me to Gary (my service technician).
Also the start/stop is still not working which is one of the items that dash showed a code for.
So I guess you can say I am not satisfied with my experience at this dealership
