Kyle was great. He explained what the problem was, arranged for a rental car while my Jeep was being serviced. You are lucky to have such a good employee.
The truck was brought in on Friday, January 31st. I never heard a word from your organization until Thursday, February 6th. When I called Richard Small, assistant service manager I had to leave a message. It wasn’t until I called the main # and went through a receptionist. That I got any answers. Someone should not have to wait 7 days to get an estimate or any information on their vehicle in for repair.

Richard was great, but I was really disappointed my car was damaged. While I understand accidents happen, it was especially bad when I discovered the damage myself vs the person that did it!!
Gary is awesome he takes care of the issue but double checks everything else and recommends the maintenance that i didn’t know I needed and doesn’t pressure me to buy anything. He comes up with a plan regardless of what I choose to do. He’s the best!
Gary is an exceptional advisor. He's attentive during our conversations and very personable. I believe he's an asset to the needs of the service department.

John is always a pleasure to work with. No complaints about him. Only complaint is that the vehicle was not washed, as it has been in the past. $1500 service and I had to stop at the car wash on the way home.
