The service provided today was outstanding. Mr. Nava welcomed me with a warm smile and an awesome ear for listening to my car problems. He assisted me and stated that all of my concerns would be checked out and appropriately resolved. He looked up my last visit and told me what was needed as a service for my car. When he and the technician found the problem, he informed me and asked, my approval before complete service was provided. The warmth and assistance was excellent. I left with complete satisfaction.

You need to change your service cashier setup. As you know, the cashier sits in a small room (without a mask) all day. Customers have to enter that room to pay their bill and in the process risk COVID exposure if the cashier or a previous customer was a carrier.
The advisor was very good in letting me know was work was needed to be done.
