John was thorough and easy to talk to. He gave me a definite timeframe of how long it would take. The waiting room and bathrooms were clean. Everything was done professionally.
Anthony helped me sort out some warranty issues and got me on track to warranty repair.
This is the second visit I’ve had where I have to ask for things several times otherwise they don’t get done. The first time, my windshield wiper fluid wasn’t filled and I didn’t receive a car wash. This second time the car wasn’t washed and ready when my wife went to pick it up, so she had to end up waiting a significant amount of time. If I didn’t have to come in next week for some parts that were on back order to be installed, then I’d probably consider going to another Jeep dealership for service moving forward. I just don’t feel confident that my needs and concerns will be met on a long term basis.

Communication was poor at best. I finally had to call the manager to get an update on my vehicle after 4 days of trying to contact the service representative.
Kyle is great, service was quick, Lyft pass and car wash really makes it a value going to the dealership for service.
