Communication was lacking, no communication about owing a balance. Vehicle was recently purchased and sat parked for longer than it’s been driven and all service repairs were denied coverage from the dealership (where I purchased the vehicle) and the extended service contract. Took 3 days to find my vehicle that was transferred to another dealership for service, without being communicated to me.

I have never felt more taken care of in regard to my vehicle than I did with Richard and the technician. Both made an unexpected effort to get my car ready for me earlier than I expected because they knew that I was going through a medical treatment. Literally, I cannot explain how grateful I am or how my day was turned around because of the text that I received telling me that my car was ready ahead of time. So thankful and appreciative.

This was one if the worst service experiences Ive ever er had. Kim ia not the problem. Management is. O have seen the service environment and culture deteriorate at Airpark steadily ove the last few years. Id be glad to discuss specifics with management at any time.

I had a new service advisor on this trip and it did not go as smoothly as hoped. The outward communication was very poor. You had my truck for two weeks and the only time I got answers was when I took the time to call and ask for updates. Three days before I picked up my vehicle the diagnosis changed and I was caught totally off guard. If a pick up time or date changes, a warranty gets approved or denied or a mechanical diagnosis changes… these are all times to contact your client in my opinion.
