I’ve been getting my service done at Jeep dealerships since I bought my Jeep in 2008. This was, by far, the worst customer experience I have encountered during that time. It took 4 days to even have a tech to initially look at my Jeep despite having an appointment. After the dealership made a mistake that ruined my battery (which was replaced 5 mos prior), instead of trying to find a solution, John Otero quoted me $300 to get a new battery. When questioned he became rude and eventually said he would not do the service, and to pick my Jeep up (which was now in worse condition than when I dropped it). The service manager assisted to eventually fix the issue, but I will never use this dealership again.

Excellent service and communication. Got me taken care of on warranty work much faster than expected and had me back on the road within a few hours.
