Although my service advisor Mr. Gotta always treats me great I wish Airpark would hire my diesel mechanics. This is the 2nd time I've scheduled an appointment and had to wait almost 4 hours to complete oil change, tire rotation and Zak application. If that's a normal wait time please let me know.

Gary was quite rude to me. Another customer came in at the same time my vehicle completed service. When I approached him to ask for the keys & paperwork. He brushed me off & said very rudely you’ll have to wait until I’m done with the other customer. He seemed like a celebrity, or something & they were busy BSing for over 15 minutes while my husband, I, & our service dog waited. Finally I asked my husband to go in & talk to Gary. He seemed to have an issue with me being a strong forward woman. I will not return your your dealership after the way I was treated. I’ll take my business to Chapman!

Disappointed. Let me begin by sharing that I never expect perfection but I greatly appreciate a business being proactive in their assistance. There have been numerous issues with what I would call a manufacturing problem in addition to some problems I would attribute to your service.
On this last service, I picked the car up and the interior wreaks of gas and there are grease smudges on the doors, center console, and visors.
I have had an ongoing “rattle” in the dash and have asked about leaving it with the dealership to resolve for more than a year. It was left with you for a week in the past and it is still present.
I have asked on every visit for a loaner car. There is never one available and always a long list in “front” of me. I would appreciate a proactive approach especially on an ongoing problem to get me into a loaner car to get this issue resolved. This is a $100k plus vehicle that sounds like a tin can going down the road.
Every time I bring it for service I get the “you’ll have to leave it with me for an extended period of time.” (Which I did) on this last visit the phrase “warranty is up” was mentioned. Richard is a nice guy and wants to help, but it feels like his hands are tied.
I can deal with a smudge, visors that fall from the ceiling, I can even deal with watching your parking attendant back my vehicle into another car. Yes, it happened and I didn’t say anything because it didn’t cause any damage( or at least I thought until closer inspection.) still I said nothing.
Im just disappointed in the overall Grand Wagoneer and Airpark service experience. I’m writing this so your team gets some real and honest feedback. Don’t expect anything from you but as a business owner it is important to get real feedback.

Great service by Gary as always, however the 3% surcharge for credit card use is an embarrassment for the dealer and myself. This is your cost of doing business, not a convenience or amenity for your customers. Feels small time.
