I retrieved my car without repair, as no one could tell me when it would be worked on. No one contacted me in the period (Friday through Monday) during which my vehicle was in for service, until I reached out and was referred to Alex Wierda, who was very helpful, but could not predict when my vehicle would be looked at. The question I would have is, if you cannot keep up with the volume in July, what is it going to be like in January?
My service was done quickly and efficiently, the representative was friendly and engaging, and overall a pleasant experience.
I had a headlight go bad and John was able to get me in right away since I was able to drop the truck off and let him have it all day. Thank you John.
