The service writer took the car the car was there for three weeks nobody touch the car I have called numerous time he never returns calls very bad experience will never take my car there again

Service advisor John otero was very professional. Work was done to our satisfaction and provided early.
I towed it and kept it in your factory for 4 days, but it was ridiculous that there was no problem. I was able to go on a trip I had planned with difficulty in another factory. I will never use your factory again.

Jacob is the best service writer I have had since I have been going to Airpark since they were on Hayden. They later moved to Bell. My family and I have bought 13 vehicles from Airpark and Jacob is the best service writer I have used.
After waiting an hour of my SCHEDULED service appointment, I was notified that the wrong part was received/order? It will now be another 2-3 weeks before the new part comes in. I’m not happy with the service department, when I specifically called them to see if my party was in before I made the appointment. I had already waited 2 weeks. All I received was, “I’m so sorry. I can’t believe this happened, we’ll call you when it comes in. I parked your truck out front so it’s easy for you to get out”….
My vehicle is not been fix correctly as promised.
