Jacob is Great, your driveway into servicing is pure chaos.Traffic into your service dept at 8:45am was, backed up out to and into the roadway. Massive confusion, you need a larger facility as everything is so cramped and service looks like an accident waiting to happen.Staff seem to be aimlessly wandering drinking coffee while cars back up waiting to get to service check in. Nightmare
Nation Jeep is a competing dealer that has a complete separate Service building because they know the quantity would bog down a combined service-sales like Airpark
