The car wash was horrible!!! Spots everywhere like it was t even washed. This is a Lexus dealer where we bought our new Lexus!! Can’t believe you would have people washing cars that don’t care at all. This bad quality service reflects on your entire operation. I wonder if my maintenance was just as bad????? Happy to show you pictures. I’m going to move my routine maintenance to another Lexus dealer that hopefully cares about quality and hires people that take pride in their work.
$100 for an oil change is an absolute travesty. Every other car service place offers it for half that price. I thought Jeep dealer would be better! Never again, wont be back!

The BEST service advisor EVER!
I made an appointment and when I arrive no one even acknowledge that I was there or ask if I was already help. I had to called the service department in order for someone to come. After 20 minutes they assist but the service was bad, never been treated like this. They inform my car was going to be ready in the 2 hours, 2 hours passed and still didn’t heard anything other people came after me, and they where leaving before I had to go and ask if my car was ready. They said yes and that was it. Really bad customer service I have gone to other jeep or dodge service and the service had been great but here definitely not what I expecting. They didn’t even service my car good either.
