John was on it the whole time I was having my Ram serviced. He set up my appointment that worked for both of us. Showed up on the day we agreed on and he told me it may take 2 days. He had it ready the next day. John greeted me by my name and knew why I was there. He knows his job as it’s easy to see and is very professional. A true asset to your company.
Jacob is a sweet soft spoken guy but knew nothing about my car jeeps in general or advocated for the car to be looked over once before pickup and that was clear.
Process was nothing short of a nightmare from sales to service. I do not recommend dealing with anyone at this dealership.
Daven is always efficient and I appreciate him always getting back to me promptly. He goes out of his way to help and take care of you. He goes above and beyond. He’s a keeper!
There was a very small amount of communication. I was told I would get a call later in the day but it would be 2-3 days later before I was called back. There were only 2 updates provided on the car. When I called and left voicemails I was told they never got my messages. Very dissatisfied with the communication.
