This was an oil change per the wave program. I had the person schedule it at the most convenient time for the dealership (2 weeks out). I arrive and wait 10-15 minutes for my advisor, no big deal. I make some small talk as in, “ I guess this is part of the wave program” it’s a 2021 Jeep Wrangler . “Well we will have to see if you are part of the wave”. REALLY! Hey low and behold I am part of the wave. “So it’s going to be two hours”. Really two hours. “Maybe longer could be 2.5-3, we are so busy, so busy. “. I say well then per the wave you can provide me a vehicle. “We don’t have vehicles you do know there is a National vehicle shortage. There are no wave vehicle”. I suggest you advise jeep if you don’t want to play with the program. But that is jeeps national program so DO IT but don’t give the customer crap about a National shortage. Jeeps are not cheap. So at two hours and five minutes my car is done and brought to me. No paper floor mat. No plastic on my seat. So any crap on the uniforms of every person is now in my car. REALLY! I have purchased 6 cars from you in six years I remember you guys selling 3-400 cars a month or more. You are not busy yet the service department acts like they are buried. Not my problem. And just another comment. If you put coffee and donuts out for your guests. I don’t eat them no big deal but it should not be a steady stream of employees drinking all the coffee and eating all the donuts. It looks tacky. So how was my experience. I am the customer. It can begin with. Doing what you can to hasten the process not trying to talk me into leaving or making certain I never come back or never buy a car from you again. Crappy service. Lots of people walking around . Friendly but a friendly waiter serving crap food well you know. You need to do better. A lot better

While I was satisfied with the care my car received and with Mr Small I was not satisfied with the way I was received upon entering the service area. Every service department that I have gone to before always had someone to greet you and assist with you needs. I waited in my car for a while while people and automobiles were scurrying about. I finally went into one of the booths where I was basically ignored until I said this place is incredibly disorganized. That got some attention. I expect better than that.
