No one seems to answer the phone when you call for the service center. Our representative was Cesar and he was rarely available nor did he follow up calls. Chevy needs to hire more techs that can work on EV vehicles if you are going to adapt to EV’s. It’s shouldn’t take 6 days to diagnose what’s wrong with our Bolt. Battery was up charged more than 4 times the cost. Went somewhere else.

I dropped off the car on Friday for oil change and check some noise I was told to leave it over weekend. Weekend past I waited Monday no phone call I called Tuesday I couldn't get hold of anyone finally Wednesday I received a call back after 20 calls I made and left messages I was told nothing was done they can change the oil fast and make an appointment for the mechanical issues I said can you give me a rental I was told that was not possible I mean what kind of dealership is this I'm keeping your car but I can't give you a rental...

Loved Kyle and will make a point to request him again. However the guy who answers the phone in the service department and makes appointments is very rude. He had a take it or leave it attitude , not accomadating at all.
