Anthony Gatta went out of his way to fit me into the schedule between out of town travels. I had only had Tuesday afternoon available after getting off an airplane at noon and leaving for a car trip Wednesday morning. Anthony got my vehicle fix and I'm ready to leave on Wednesday morning. Great job in taking care of a customer in a bind.

Thought I had a software update. Was surprised to find out that the car needs a new catalytic converter. Dealer did not have the part. Not Anthony’s fault. Problem put off for 10 days or so.
Doesn't seem like they rotated my tires, they didn't even check the pressure in them. I had one that was low before I took it in and it's still low now it the same place unless they didn't reset what tire was at which position either way I will get it fixed myself.
I always enjoy visiting south county Lexus. Daven is always super sweet and helpful.

Richard was wonderful. My Jeep battery died this morning and he was able to squeeze me in and get it replaced on the same day. Richard also helped me schedule a 90,000 mile service and brakes for my husbands truck.
