My service experience from the moment I arrived was excellent. John recognized I was stressed about the battery I needed for my car. He quickly got me in and set approximate expectations that he would be able to take car of my car needs but it would take most of day as it was very busy. He took my car and ensured I had a ride home safely and quickly. John exceed any expectation I may have had….I will be back! Thank you John Otero for your exception service and attention to detail.

Awful. Brought it in to get a tire repaired because Discount Tire wouldn’t touch it because the last time I had it serviced at Midway some screwed the cover for the lug nuts on my custom wheels were put back on incorrectly. I mentioned I needed an oil change too and an hour later Jorge calls to say the oil change is done but could work on the tire because company policy it didn’t have enough tread. Total BS and $145 for an oil change and I still had to take it back to Discount Tire. Your the only ones who haves devices that vehicle for the last 2-3 years but no more. I’ll find someone else.
