I worked with Anthony and can’t say enough great things about him. I brought my car in without an appointment at the end of the day on Monday, September 19, as I was having issues with the car starting. Anthony was super helpful when I arrived, let me know that it would be a few days before a diagnostic could be completed and arranged an Uber for my ride home to Anthem.
He stayed in touch regularly, and was very thorough and helpful in explaining the estimate to me after he sent it. He also arranged for one of the salesmen to get in touch with me when I let him know I was interested in turning the car in.
When I went to pick up my car, he offered to have it washed and got me back on the road in no time today.
His customer service was excellent and it was a pleasure working with him.

It seems to me like you need better coordinating from when you first bring the car in to when a technician can look at it. It took about a day for my car.

I did not have an appointment. I drove up at 1 pm and was met by a very friendly gentleman named David who hooked me up with Argirios “RGD” Dimopoulos. RGD was very professional and started service for me. He estimated two hours for my 50,000 mile service. I waited around and the car was washed and in my hands in two hours. I am always impressed with South County Lexus service.
This was actually my first ZACTAK application. Hugo and whomever actually applied the paint protector did an ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL JOB!! I’ll definitely be back every 6 months to protect my trucks paint!!

Every thing went smoothly and efficiently.
Richard is fantastic. He always does a great job with communication (both during and at the completion of the service). He is always smiling and upbeat as well. He has a very "can do" attitude. I needed some clips replaced (that I broke) and though you don't have them, we sure to inform me where I could get them. I will now drive up from Southeast Chandler (about 40 miles each way) for my Jeep service, passing about 5 other dealerships in the process.
