I haven't been to Airpark Jeep in several years and I have to say that Joe Acevedo is the BEST service advisor I have ever had. He was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. He told me that my vehicle would be ready by noon and that he would call me when it was ready. He arranged a ride home for me and called me by 11:30 to tell me my Jeep was done. He did not try to upsell me services, which I hate. I know what maintenance my vehicle needs. An all around A+ experience. Thank you Joe!
