My wife had originally brought our Jeep in for a TPMS-sensor issue a couple days prior but had a frustrating and terrible experience with one of the advisors. According to her, she was told how it was extremely busy, how the service operations worked, and overall dismissive and condescending on what she had to say. Just wanting to get out of there, she ended up simply agreeing to an appointment at a later date.
After my wife told me what happened, she told me she didn’t even want to come back to Airpark again. I called Airpark to understand further and/or perhaps cancel our appointment. Fortunately, I ended up speaking with Stetson and explained the situation. He was profusely apologetic for the experience my wife had and was compassionate about the visit was mishandled. He also immediately took action to rectify the problem and accommodated our vehicle for an earlier appointment with him.
It was a pleasure working with Stetson to take care of our Jeep Wrangler. He was very friendly and professional. His type of service is the reason I would come back again and recommend him to my friends and family.
