Hello. I was hoping to hear from someone about the status of my vehicle on the day we dropped it off (Tuesday at 10:30am), so I could plan accordingly. I received a text message from the dealership that said, “ Status: Hi Matthew, thank you for choosing Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep. If you have any questions, reply to this message. Msg/data rates may apply. To cancel reply "STOP". ****-****-xxxx”
I replied to that text but did not receive a response. I sent another text the following day, again with no response. I received an email on Wednesday afternoon stating that I had 20 minutes to make a decision about fixing the car. I attempted to call my advisor so I could better understand the diagnosis. I did not receive a call back. Reuben was nice and professional, I was just hoping for more communication before committing to spend $1000 in service and repairs.

Okay, I do need to say something here. I have been bringing my car to South County Lexus for years now. No matter who helps me, the customer service is superior. This being the case, I don't understand that when I call to make an appointment no one answers the phone, and when I leave a message no one gets back to me. This is weird. But The people with whom I deal are always fantastic, and the service is great.
They are very helpful.
