Please look under service notes of previous service in August 2022. Mr Otero did not provide me any information on my vehicle or its repair or even INSPECTION as it sat for two weeks in the Airpark Backlot which is ironically behind where I work at Living Spaces.
So yes I knew for two full weeks as my car just sat behind my work. That being said I dont blame Mr Otero personally, business wise he really screwed up his lack of providing any information or update to take ownership of this situation is very bad he needs more training please dont fire him over this just make him work harder on client support.

It took a week seven days to figure out my strut wasn’t leaking a week you had the vehicle for next time let somebody know you’re going to keep their vehicle a week without a call call twice did John never call back got a text and he said it be 1 to 2 days and that’s ridiculous
