Brought in for recall and replacement of rear window. Neither were done. Very little communication on issues collision center was having with glass vendor. Not able to go without a vehicle for an extended amount of time.

Jacob was very courteous and considerate of my time. He ensured the work was done to specifications, and that my vehicle came back to me vacuumed out, and cleaned up. That made a HUGE DIFFERENCE to me personally. My father is in the hospital from a severe brain injury. Between work and spending time with him, I haven’t had time to wash & vacuum my car. It’s things like that, that seem little or insignificant to some people, that end up making the most impact, and boy! Was it impactful to me! Thank you, Jacob and teammates at Airpark, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge!

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN MY MOST RECENT VISIT AT AIRPARK DODGE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. We have been loyal customers for over 15 years and we are surprised by their handling of this current situation. I brought in our vehicle and asked about the warranty on an item that was defective from the start. When we purchased a new vehicle there, we noticed a gap in the driver’s seat back panel. At the time, they replaced the panel but the gap was still there. They said there was nothing they could do about the gap. We trusted them, and accepted their explanation about the seat panel. At the time, what were the odds that 2 (new) seat panels would be defective. Right ? I now question whether or not the part was actually replaced to begin with. Fast forward to last week. The panel had detached and there was a broken piece on it. Since the part was now no longer under warranty, we had to pay for the part but they offered to install it at no charge. This was acceptable for us so we moved forward with paying for and replacing the new part. They were supposed to call me when the part arrived but when I didn’t get a call, I gave it a few days and called them. They confirmed the part had arrived. On the day of service, a SERVICE ADVISOR falsely accused me of attempted fraud. I was appalled by this and regret trusting them when the part was originally defective. I then overheard him say, “I shouldn’t have come into work today”. Perhaps this individual does not belong in a customer-facing position. This is not an indictment against Airpark Dodge but an alert to be cautious with any customer service. Keep records and if something doesn’t look or feel right, address it immediately with a supervisor. Listen to your instincts because you could end up paying for something that was defective in the first place. The new seat panel is now installed, flush and restored to how it should have been when we first purchased the vehicle. We are satisfied with the fixed seat panel but the false accusation from their service advisor is unacceptable.

Kyle has always been amazing and gets things done. I have managed in the customer service environment when I was younger so I expect top notch service and he never disappoints. He is very knowledgeable about his job and the services that need to be done. Feel like his is more a friend than acquaintance. He will always have my business and respect.
