This is a terrible survey. If you really cared what I thought, then give me more options. Kyle was fine, but you have very serious shortcomings in your overall service product. Call me if you are really interested in understanding this.
Kyle was great. Gave me a very accurate quote when I dropped off. Communicated well through out the day and completed all repairs & service earlier than expected. Such a nice guy to work with.

It is rare to receive good service at any business these days.
I was immediately attended to upon arrival. I was given an accurate estimate of when the service would be completed and my vehicle was immediately available for pickup after the service was completed!
Also, the waiting room area of the dealership was very comfortable and not overcrowded as it is at most auto repair shops.
Kyle always takes care of me when I get the vehicle service. Always lets me know if there are any issues with the car or if I have to take care of something now or if it can wait. Overall he does at great job!
Great service. Hassan and Scott both provide friendly, transparent, and quality service. That’s why I am a repeat customer.

The service appointment was scheduled when I only had 1,750 miles on my wife’s 2014 Lexus ES 300 H over the last 6 months. The next oil change should be scheduled in 6 months to 9 months. I will monitor the mileage.
