Evan was my service rep and everything was very organized and he did a great job going over my warranties and explaining the things I did not understand. I was provided a ride to the mall where I could wait for my car while it was being serviced. I enjoyed that and I thank Lexus for providing that accommodation . I am so happy with everyone at this facility.
