Gary had to take over for my case. Gary was great and communicative. Prior to that, John was non communicative. I had no communication about my van. No work was done. I had to wait an extra day. Gary cleaned up the “mess.” It would have been nice to get a comp for my trouble, but nothing was offered.
Kyle always does an excellent job. Treats me with respect and kindness and always goes the extra mile to help out. You can tell that he isnt there to just clock in and clock out and that he really cares about his job and dealing with people.
Lack of communication and incorrect information, double charging services. Gave me an attitude when I questioned the information he was giving me. This is the guy that made me wait 3 days for an oil change. Sorry but every dealership I ever got service that it never took him three days to do an oil change no matter how many cars they had waiting.
Mr. Kyle is amazing. He did a great job and treated us very well and professionally.
John was great! Squeezed us into the schedule for an emergency battery replacement. All with a smile on his face.

My service agent had a family issue and was not there at my appointment time. No one could help me or had any idea when I could get assistance. I asked a helpful person (Kyle I believe) to speak to a service manager. Went to the office where the manager also seemed stumped on what could be done. He told me to go to another service agent (Jon) who helpfully got the service order set up. After not hearing anything I called at 12:25 pm where Gary was again the service agent. He had to go find the tech to find out the status. He called back about an hour later and said the had to order a new seal which would be in in about a month ... he said I could pick my car up. Gary was great but the total breakdown to check the car in just because a person was late or absent was really poor service. Also, to have to come in three times to get the sunroof seal fixed is not ideal.
Richard was a great help for servicing my Dodge Hellcat and I will be sure to bring it back to him again in the future. Great service!!!

It took too long. The techician didnt complete the project. Now I have to go back and have been completely inconvenience. I would not recommend airport Dodge service . The technician didn’t actually check the work to see if the problem was resolved. As soon as I got into the vehicle, leaving the dealership, the same Electrical technical issue existed.
