It took 15 minutes to get through your automated system. I actually had to hang up and call for sales to get through to service.

Response time for estimates was very slow. I had to call back multiple times. I don’t believe the advice given was accurate. I went for a second opinion and advice conflicted with repairs Airpark suggested.
Richard always felt so rushed when he was on the phone with me. After delivery, I drove 10 miles down the road and the issues still surfaced. The root cause of the problem was never addressed. Now the vehicle is in service again, I am spending more money on Ubers, and I am out $1k because of something that likely didn't even have to be replaced. The issue with the transmission not going into park to shut the car down killed the battery.

My Car wasnt serviced for a full day and a half. I was told Dodge was down 2 techs and "veryone" is down techs. And if they didnt get to the car after 2 days I could come pick it up. Well I called Dodge scottsdale in south scottsdale and they made an appointment for me right away and told me they were not down techs and they would get to my car right away. I texted John I wanted to come pick up my car and he said the tech had just taken it back.
I think it VERY poor service to make appointment and schedule service if you dont have the staff.
Overall Dodge did fix the simple problem but the service was Very long and poor.
