I spent $151 on an oil change, $40 on tire rotation, and $508 on a battery. I paid with my credit card and was charged an additional 3%. I’ve never paid this much for a minor service, and I will never visit your dealership again. $508 on a battery that is probably $200, but I was told the three was amazing. This was robbery!

Richard Small is a real one! Very attentive and understanding. It’s a shame we only talk about the care of my vehicle. The man is more comforting to talk to than my favorite uncle. I feel like I could share my problems in life with him and he would be just as attentive and caring. I know my vehicle is in good hands with him. I would not doubt that he takes 5 mins just to walk back to the shop floor to ensure my vehicle is being handled well. He’s the real MVP, and will only deal with the man himself, Mr. Richard Small!

I have to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Anthony Gatta!! He was so incredibly helpful through the whole process of getting my Jeep Wrangler recall taken care of. He helped with the appointment, assured I had a loaner car (which was amazing!!) and then kept me updated every step of the way! He was so kind and caring the whole way through! This was an example of AWESOME customer service. Thank you Anthony!

I appreciated working with John Otero very much. My only complaint would be overall price of service, however that has virtually no reflection on Mr Otero. I’m very happy with the service provided! I will do however take issue paying an increased margin of 20-30% for said service. It’s unfortunate that so many companies, across so many sectors here, are h willing to strife for repeat customers going forward.
