Communication is sup par when going over my truck with the tech was condescending and when trying to present them with a star case number for the problem with the brand new truck getting blown off and when I was satisfied with there answers I was told to be done with the conversation because in there eyes it was just going around in circles and was told by Richard that I should be happy that the tech is willing to check on the truck outside it was 98° next day the wanted to keep the truck for a extra day that was fine meanwhile the know I needed it to go for my work out of state with it he told me he would call me first thing in the morning that didn't happen around noon he called me that the truck was done and codes where cleared not even 40 miles later all the codes and problems are back

Richard has poor communication. Our vehicle was in shop for about a month. Not a single update on what’s going on. Even ended in a tone that is rushing to take the vehicle out of the shop. Did not provide details on payment up front. Bad service.
