It took a week to repair my car, it's not yet 3 years old! I did not feel well treated or informed with the process and had been dealing with the issue since may.. only to finally insist that there was an issue with the ac other than typing it off with freon! I'm upset with Jeep and the dealership.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with the service department due to John otero. Worst communication I’ve ever had with a service advisor lack of respect he was giving me and my sister was insane. Brought the issue to the service manager, and he totally disregarded the way John was treating us as paying customers will definitely be using other jeep dealerships in my area and will never recommend this Dealership to anybody ever again.

Will never come back to airpark had to bring my truck to bill luke to get it fixed instead of being told the not sure what's happening or how to fix it at airpark and sends me on its way with a unsafe brand new truck
