Richard has been gracious and helpful. However, Airpark refuses to repair my car on warranty because they are concerned Chrysler cannot duplicate and will not cover the warranty. Hence, I effectively have no warranty and am finding Chrysler is slow to help. Chrysler once had the finest reputation for quality and for service. Appears may not be so now.
Anthony was great as usual. Got car serviced quickly, figured out mechanical issue we were having and got that taken care of in same visit.

Anthony was great. My Jeep is still making the rattle I bought it in for. My windshield wiper was also broken in the car wash there supposedly. Now I have to bring it in again and be out a vehicle for however long it takes for you guys to fix it.

Do not charge for the customer a fee to use a credit card- it’s the cost of business… The only reason why I continue to take my Jeep to Airpark is because of Anthony! The nickel and doming is ridiculous!
