John Otero was excellent for getting our vehicle in quickly and throughly explaining the issues and answering my questions to my satisfaction. This was also true with another experience with him on a previous repair. He seems very knowledgeable and is an excellent representative of Airpark Dodge. My only complaint is with your mechanics diagnosis. There generally is additional work recommended without a genuine reason for doing so. I have felt oversold on multiple occasions.
