U guys r doing a fabulous job of checking customers in at the Service Department. I remember a day I could wait up to 20 - 30 minutes. I am so glad those days no longer exist. Whomever fixed the check-in (and pick-up) process, bravo to them!!

Having dealt with many Service Advisors over the past 50 years, I must say:Kyle stands above most others - certainly ranks in the top echelon.
He is professional, courteous and follows up as promised; additionally he will give you timely updates when necessary. I my case he went beyond all of that by handling an out of warrantee radio replacement as well as dealing with an external extended service company for an other repair item.
KYLE is an excellent Service Manager, he is well informed and gives GREAT INPUT on my needs. He also informed me on the total costs on my service work being done and a timeline when my vehicle would be finished, and he was correct. I enjoyed working with him.
