Upon looking over my service details it showed HEPA filter passed. It’s not even in the truck. I wanted my FOB updated for maintenance by the service tech, it wasn’t done. My tires were rotated back to the same side and air pressure was requested at 45psi all around. This was not completed. How can I trust that further detail in my requests were completed if no one can even bother to check the cabin air filter. Very sub par service
I had my Grand Cherokee in for an oil change and when I got home it was leaking oil on the floor of my garage. Joseph got me in quickly and the problem was solved in under an hour. Joseph is diligent and communicates well with customers.
Joe, my service advisor was good to work with. One of the issues I brought my Dodge Viper in for was the Tire Air Pressure light was on since I had new tires put on by a tire service company. They said a Dodge dealer has to reset the codes so the warning light would go off. Your dealership didn’t get this done for me, didn’t get a good reason why? So I took the car back to the tire service company, they said all the sensors were good and that the system just needed to be reset by a Dodge dealer. That it shouldn’t be a big deal. I’m disappointed that your dealership couldn’t get this figured out. I wasted a lot of my time running this car around.

Grayson Getty was polite & helpful in getting the job done in spite of some hiccups with shop equipment. Especially appreciate him cleaning up some greasy fingerprints left on my interior fabric the last time my car was in for service. This was my first time needing the Lyft app on my phone for transportation. Can’t say I have any warm fuzzies about the change. With the increased prices for repairs & labor this change is not welcomed or embraced. The credit given did not cover my cost.
